Due to the nature of our work — immediate deployment, access to proprietary systems, and tailored implementation — refunds are not automatic and will be assessed case-by-case. Refund Policy – Centrum Com - Relearning Ops

Centrum Com offers a 3-Day Internal OS Deployment Service. The moment the project begins, our team installs your customized system, gives access to proprietary content (SOPs, videos, AI chatbot), and begins implementation on-site or remotely.

 

Due to this instant value delivery, we do not offer monetary refunds after the service has started. However, if you feel the system was not implemented to the agreed standard, you may request a review and support session within 7 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the case and offer adjustments if relevant.

Measuring Results – Clarity over Claims

It’s important to note that operational impact (like onboarding time reduction) can take weeks to fully measure. That’s why we focus on installation, clarity, and readiness to scale — not promises of instant performance jumps.
